I Rebuilt My Health First. Then I Built Freedom Around It
And now I help other women do the same, without extremes or pressure.
For most of my adult life, my habits were all over the place.
In my 20s and 30s, it was constant yo-yo dieting and yo-yo workouts.
By my 40s, I was a workaholic running on stress, bad food, and no movement.
By my early 50s, that path landed me close to 300 pounds, with type 2 diabetes and an A1C of 11.4. I had also lost most of my lean muscle without even realizing it.
At 54, I finally decided to change things.
Not with another diet. Not with extremes.
But with a system that helped me lose fat, rebuild muscle, and actually sustain it.
I lost 82 pounds, reversed my diabetes, and rebuilt strength I thought was gone for good.
Now I’m in a new season.
I’m continuing to lose fat, but this time I’m protecting the muscle I fought to rebuild, because after 50, weight loss without muscle isn’t a win.
Along the way, something else happened.
I realized this lifestyle could create freedom, not just health.
And I decided to share both paths with women who want more from this season of life.
